The Temporality is the value
An interpretation of different value attributions of Curaçao.
The
different values are connected to different types of transit of
materials and the role of people in those processes. In the past and
nowadays. Three common shapes of the Isla refinery (and maybe this
refinery was the biggest change of value in the history of Curaçao)
are used for the visualization: pipes for the transit, cylinder
storage tanks for the materials and spherical storage tanks for
people. These shapes are used in constructions that represent
following types of transit: free transit, voluntary transit, illegal
transit, forced transit and no transit. The different constructions
are connected with each other. Just like a refinery.
